This website and its digital coaching videos and e-book are provided by Breakthru Technologies Ltd, trading as Ellis Rugby ("we", "us"). When you use the site or buy from us, you are contracting with Breakthru Technologies Ltd, trading as Ellis Rugby. By continuing to use the site you agree to these terms.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Your licence

Purchased resources are for your own personal or team coaching use. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute them. We keep all ownership of the site, videos, e-book, artwork and the Ellis Rugby brand.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing or scraping). Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Suspension

We may suspend or close access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated misuse.

No guarantee

We aim to keep the site running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
