What we collect and why

• Name, email and password: to create and run your account and give you access to purchases (to perform our contract with you).
• Purchase history: to deliver your videos and e-book and keep records (contract and legal obligations).
• Enquiry messages: to reply to you (legitimate interests).
• IP address, device and usage data: to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve it (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Hosting and service providers that run the site; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, payments, tax and invoicing; professional advisers such as accountants; and authorities where required by law.

Keeping and protecting it

We keep information only as long as needed for these purposes or by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use appropriate security such as encryption and access controls. We only use essential cookies needed to keep you signed in.

You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing halfback9@icloud.com. You can also complain to the NZ Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
